Hi, I’m Marisha.

I believe people do better when they feel seen, supported, and connected—and that sometimes a little help at the right moment can change the direction of a life. That belief is at the heart of Whole Human Living.

My background includes a bachelor's degree in psychology, master's-level education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and professional experience in social services and wellness. Together, these experiences have given me a strong foundation in human behavior, motivation, well-being, and the process of change. But maybe the most important thing I've learned is that being human can be really hard sometimes.

We can know exactly what we should be doing and still struggle to do it. We can start with the best intentions and lose our momentum. Life changes. We get overwhelmed. Routines fall apart. We stop doing things that once made us feel like ourselves. Sometimes we simply get stuck.

It is is these moments that I believe we most need compassion, understanding, and someone willing to meet us where we are.

That's really where Whole Human Living comes from. I wanted to create something that combines what I've learned about behavior and wellness with something just as important: having another human being in your corner. Someone who will listen, help you figure out what might actually work in your life, and—when you need it—walk beside you while you begin.

Because sometimes a plan is enough. And sometimes we need someone to help us take the first step.
